The Board of Commissioners is an organ of the Company that has responsibility for supervision and control in accordance with the Articles of Assosiciation and the Company’s Vision and Mission.
He is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1962. He attended the Police Academy in 1987, followed by the Police College in 1994. He also attended the Police Staff and Command School in 2002 and the Police Staff and Command School in 2011.
Based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 10 February 2022, he was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company and Independent Commissioner, as stated in Deed No. 12 dated 10 February 2022, drawn up before Notary Aulia Taufani, SH, a notary in Jakarta.
